Getting Started

The Design Page is your gallery of all saved furniture designs. All customised furniture appears here as visual cards.

What's on this page:

• Design cards in a masonry layout
• Filter panel on the right
• Quick action buttons on each card

Note: Designs are sorted by date (newest first).

Design Cards

Each design displays as a card with a preview image.

Card Components

• Preview Image
  • Click image to view full-screen
  • Zoom and drag are available in full-screen mode
• Design Name
  • Shown at the bottom of the card
• Action Buttons
  • Share button (top-left corner)
  • Expand button (top-right corner)
• Three-dot menu (...)
  • Access to download, configurator, and delete options

View Details

Click the downward arrow (⌄) to expand and see:

• Design name (if available)
• All metadata fields (custom fields added during save)
• Client name
• Saved date (format: DD Month YYYY)
• Three-dot menu at bottom right

Click the arrow again to collapse.

Share Design

Share your design with clients or colleagues.

Steps:

1. Hover over the design card
2. Click the Share icon (?) in top-left corner
3. A popup shows the shareable URL
4. Click Copy button
5. Share the URL via email or messaging

What recipients get:

• Direct link to the configurator with your design
• Full view of customizations
• 3D exploration capability
• Cannot edit your original design

Open in Configurator

Edit or modify any saved design.

Steps:

1. Click three-dot menu (?) on design card
2. Select Go to Configurator

What you can modify:

• Materials and finishes
• Dimensions and sizes
• Colors and textures
• Components
• Save as new or overwrite existing.

Download Design

Download design images for presentations or documentation.

Steps:

1. Click three-dot menu (?)
2. Select Download Design
3. Image downloads automatically

Download specs:

• Format: JPG
• Filename: Uses design name

Common uses:

• Client presentations
• Email attachments
• Catalogues and brochures
• Social media

Delete Design

Remove unwanted designs permanently.

Steps:

1. Click three-dot menu (?)
2. Select Delete Design
3. Confirm deletion in popup

Important: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete when:

• Project cancelled
• Outdated versions exist
• Created by mistake
• Cleaning workspace

Filters

Find designs quickly using the filter panel on the right.

Filter Options:

• By Product
• By Room
• By Material
• By Date

Using Filters:

• Combine multiple filters for precise results
• Clear filters by setting dropdowns to “All” or refreshing page
