Account Page
The Account page lets you view your personal details, company information, and current subscription plan in one place.
Tabs on the Account Page
At the top of the Account page, you will see four tabs:
- Profile — Active tab showing personal and company information
- Billing & Plan — Coming soon
- Password — Coming soon
- Notifications — Coming soon
For now, only the Profile tab is available.
Your Profile Information
Under the User Profile section, you can see:
- Picture
- User Name
- First Name and Last Name
- About
Note: All fields are view-only. Contact your administrator for updates.
Company Info
- Company Name
- User Role
These details are controlled by your administrator.
Subscription Details
The subscription card shows:
- Subscription Tier
- Expiry Date
- Days Remaining
If expired, you will see: Your plan is expired, upgrade your plan.
Upgrading Your Plan
Click the Upgrade Tier button to send a request to the support team for upgrading your subscription.
Support Page
The Support page helps you contact the team for issues and access quick help resources.
Raising an Issue
- Enter a short subject
- Describe the issue in detail
- Click Submit
Tip: Subject and Message are both required.

Click the User Guide button to open the full documentation in a new tab.
