These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Meltid Design LLP. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative.

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”).

Your submissions and contributions

Submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services, you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. We shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (at least 18 years of age under Indian Law).
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

Forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Stripe, Razorpay.

Taxes (India & Global):

Indian Customers: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to the price of purchases as required by Indian law.
International Customers: Prices are denominated in Euros/USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, Sales Tax, or duties in your jurisdiction.

Billing and Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis.
Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial. The account will be charged at the end of the trial unless canceled.
Cancellation: All purchases are non-refundable. Cancel at any time by contacting us at info@configcloud.ai.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to create or compile a database without written permission.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts or bots.

The Services allow you to upload images, 3D models, textures, and other digital assets (“Contributions”).

Prohibited Content:

Safety & Integrity: Your Contributions must not contain viruses or corrupted files.
Illegal Content: No obscene, defamatory, threatening, or racially offensive material.
Sexual Content: No depiction of nudity or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Sensitive Information: No uploading “Sensitive Personal Data” of third parties without explicit consent.

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to the Services to any person for any reason or for no reason, in our sole discretion.

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
Number of arbitrators: One (1).
Seat and venue: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Language: English.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIABILITY CAP: OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
